CMI Premier Range

CMI Premier Safe
CMI Premier Model PR3

Body: The body gives a minimum thickness of 75mm of high density refractory materials at all points.  These materials are bonded between inner and outer walls of specially reinforced steel and become a complete monolith after pouring.  The engagement of the door and body effectively result in a continuous sealed cube of exceptional strength and security.

Locking: One million variations are available on the three wheel high quality combination lock.  Changes to the combination are easily made by "Premier" Safe owners.  A special glass activated relocking device and mechanical relockers are provided within the door.  A six-lever keylock is also fitted as standard equipment.   Each lock can be used independently from the other.

Boltwork: Heavy 25mm diameter bolts of high grade steel provide two-way locking into the specially strengthened lock chambers at the front and rear edges of the door.

Bolt-Down Facility: Two recessed bolt-down holes are provided in the base of the safe to allow secure anchoring to any type of floor.

Finish: CMI "Premier" safes are available in attractive hammertone durable finishes to suit ant office decor.  Satin finish handles,  locks and fascia panels complement the high quality appearance.

Internal Fittings: All models except PRA and PRB have two lockable drawers and two adjustable shelves.  PRA has two removable shelves.

FIRE RESISTANCE
The Premier safe has been designed to give 1 hour fire resistance.

Heavy duty safes of Australian design and manufacture,  utilising some of the most modern techniques and materials recently developed in security technology. The design features and defensive materials used result in a safe giving a high level of resistance to cutting instruments, explosives and force, a and pneumatic and hydraulic tools. Both the body and door of the safe are resistant to attack with oxy-acetylene. The CMI Safe Co has been designing, manufacturing and servicing safes throughout Australia for more than 30 years.  CMI safes are used by all State and Federal Governments and many of Australia's leading national companies,   banks and building societies.

Door:  The door of the premier safe has an overall thickness of 135mm and the 55mm thick defensive slab section contains metals which are highly resistant to drills and abrasive grinders in addition to the high strength poured barrier materials and other defenses. The lock case forms an integral part of the entire door structure,  giving additional strength.
